Tête-à-claque

(1/5) > >>

Sheriff Roland:
It's been the rage in Québec and all of french Canada for nearly a year, but I've just recently been introduced to these VERY funny snippets, some of em make fun of "available only on TV offers", while others are just funny skits.

Yes they're in french, but with so many english words in there, ya might even get hooked on it in spite a yer lack of french knowledge.

Give em a try. Recommend the #1 and #3 most popular skits, "Le Willi Waller" and "Le Body Toner" for those with limited french (canadian accent) knowledge.

Here's the link and enjoy:

Sheriff Roland:
Folks - you gotta try this. The most recent têtes-à-claque is Soooo funny!. It's called 'Paris' and it has a québécois couple visiting Paris.

To help understand remember this: 'mes gosses' in France means 'my kids' (my children), whereas in Canadian french it means 'my balls'

Give it a try!

isabelle:
Hi Roland!

Just saw your thread here, and yes I've seen their sketches! They've been all the rage in France too for the past few months (well, among the more educated people only, unfortunately), and they are hilarious!!

Sheriff Roland:
FYI

it's now available  in english (only a dozen titles, but they're quite funny none the less)
