I read that too. He started off being very serious about the role, doing lots of reading and research and then when he realized the movie was a bit more lighthearted, he went into holiday mode.

I am having one of those, "I can't believe he's not in New York" moments.  :(

Because of all these lovely threads and pictures,I somehow seemed to have not got my head round him no longer being with us.I got such a shock this morning when just out of interest i looked Heath up on Wikipedia and there jumped out the word "was". The use of the past tense struck me so forcefully I felt winded.
Just goes to show me that I had not even vaguely come to terms with him no longer being around.Still cannot use the d word.I must have been living in fantasy land.The jolt I received this morning hurt like hell.
