Oh my, Chrissi, what a neat, cute and endearing picture! What *is* he sitting in? Where did you find this one?

I found it on Ledgersladies, like most of my pictures. And the thing he's sitting in is simply a metal (aluminum I'd say) storage box. I've seen those used in industrial production.

I think it's not The Queen's Gambit. The pic on the front cover seems to be different, albeit in somehwat similar bluish shades. But more important, the back cover was white, whereas on the TQG book it wasn't.
