As the World Turns - Luke and Noah (Videos)

Daniel:
I did sign the petition, and am somewhere among the 500s if you care to review the list.  I may have inadvertently declared that previous preview for Friday's showing.... and that's the delicious doll house episode (there are a variety of rumors about this one - the Christmas special, and end of the season for ATWT as far as I'm aware) But it is probably in reality a preview for Thursday's episode. I hope there's a kiss also... Hopefully Noah and Luke have gotten over their psychological conflcits - Luke's victim-thought mentality and Noah's permanent reminder syndrome.

But, what the heck, lets start up a little conversation. Who's right in the great Luke and Noah debate? Which is more important? To demonstrate love or to proclaim it (given an unideal world where one must be chosen over the other)? Or does it depend on the person? (i.e. is one person more apt at demonstrating love than proclaiming it?)

Action vs. word. The director and the writer.

Daniel:
Here's an interesting blog on After Elton, the gay blog site. Beautiful picture from Friday's Christmas special. There are rumors that Noah and Luke's 19th century counterparts are heterosexual in this one, but perhaps.... looking at this image, this rumor is false. I believe that all that CBS has told us is that the show "depicts its residents in situations that may or may not be remniscient of their own". There's a beautiful letter of appeal about halfway down the comments, if you wish to do more to let Proctor & Gamble know about your support and interest in the Luke and Noah storyline.

Daniel:
Okay folks... still waiting for the filtered Nuke videos... :) I've seen some unfiltered ones (with every other tangled storyline on ATWT mixed in), and it's beautiful. Still waiting for the declaration part though.

Okay, I have seen the declaration part now....  I am crying right now... It was in a word, beautiful... not at all overdramatic, but serious and intentional.... and just about what everyone needs this time of the year.
