I read on Van's fansite that there was indeed a third kiss, it happened in the kitchen on the day when Noah and his father visited the farm and stayed for dinner; but when the episode was aired, the kiss was cut. It's really strange behaviour by the network.

If I was looking at the right clip, I guess it could only constitute as a near-kiss! According to Van, they had taped a real kiss but the kiss was cut eventually.
