Yeah it broke my heart to hear of medical waste washing up on our beautiful beaches.  :'(

It was very sad. Twenty-odd years ago my family and I used to go to Stone Harbor regularly in late summer. The beaches there are just lovely, and it was just in the Stone Harbor-Avalon area that all the syringes were washing up.  :P  Some dentist from the western 'burbs of Philly has been charged with dumping them.

They ought to stick one of those syringes. ... Oh, never mind!  ;D
