OK, now that I'm at home and can see the picture, that's exactly the book.

As for the short story anthology, I was close to the title, but that only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.  ;D

The anthology is called Lovers Who Stay With You, and the editor is David MacMillan, published by STARbooks Press in 2003.

Some of the stories are really hawt. ...

Well, that's a big BOO to have a pile of work to do on Friday!!!! But, I guess it does make the day go by more quickly!
