Well welll well, I'm late, but here!
Friday night dinner was great. I managed to stay on the diet, and had a grilled chicken salad. I did eat a buffalo wing from an appetizer plate, but otherwise was good. Only drank diet soda or water.
I got a surprise, a former coworker showed up who I hadn't seen in a long time. He hadn't seen me since I looked like I did in my "before" pic.
He didn't recognize me.
Lunch today was good. Chinese buffet, so I planned on that as my only meal of the day. I had no breakfast, and the buffet for lunch.
It's now 9PM and I'm just starting to get hungry, so I'll have a small healthy snack, which should hold me over until bed.
