What an enormous pleasure to meet you. You are so highly entertaining, words cannot really do you and your enormous sense of fun true justice.
Oh BTW I have had to borrow your halo, sorry, but Dev's husband is the new saint. Cancelling meeting just to drive us all the way round, nothing is too much trouble for him.
I will U.P.S you a new one overnight, so don't forget to polish it regularly. Don't want to see a hint of dust on it when I next (hopefully ) meet you !

Back at work with a mild headache, but otherwise, it's a good day.

How are all of you?

Oh, you guys know that "cash for gold" stuff that is seen on TV?  I've been watching those ads and thinking it was a scam.  Well, my sister-in-law had a "cash for gold" party at her house the weekend while I was in Florida.  My parents took my unwanted and broken gold to the party for me.

I got home to see a check for $401.00 waiting for me.

some of you may remember a singer from the days of Disco called France Joli.  She had a string of disco hits.  "Come To Me", "Heart to Break the Heart", "Gonna Get Over You".

In the late 90s she released two more singles.  "Touch" and "Breakaway" that were big dance hits.  A CD was released, and try as I might, I could never find it.

I searched on Amazon.com today and they have used copies listed at $79.99.  :o

Apparently, people think the CD is a collector's item.



I found it today on Ebay for $14.99, unopened.  ;D  I just won the bid!  ;D
