Well, I got on the scale today with much worry. After 2 weeks away from the gym, and not having diet food around, I was sure I'd gained weight.
Scale reads 221 pounds today, so while I was away, I lost a pound.
Well, there you go.....forget the gym, forget the diet......just come on back down to Oz and NZ....
Just think how much you would lose if you stayed a year.
(Maybe its because of all the walking upside down)
