This actually happened at my Airport.   We were giving some new Officers a tour thru the Airport.  As we were walking past the big windows facing the Tarmac, a baggage train went racing by and several bags tumbled off as he took a turn too fast.     D'oh!

This is always my fear, that I'll look out the airplane window and see MY suitcase laying on the ground.

Morning all,

42 degrees here today. First day of school for Hannah. No dawdling at the computer for me this morning. I have to be out of the house at 7:20 am. Ack!

a muggy and grey day in Britain... did I mention muggy and grey?  grey grey grey!

11 effin degrees today  (51°F). That's much too less for early September. After a sh*tty summer, I think we deserve at least a warm, nice and sunny fall, but it doesn't look like it for now.

We'll get the heating system started this evening. I dislike that day every year, knowing it would be sooooo many months before we can turn it off again  .

Louise: it's grey, grey, grey over here, too. *sigh*

I know Chrissi! It's been cold here too. My kids have already started wearing the fleece sweaters we bought for them in Canada!

Frankly, after all those weeks of rain, I would welcome either rain or sun.  Not this in between blah.
