Meryl, thanks for alerting me to Jeff's new position! I would never have picked that up. I made it a top thirteen list -- David is on vacation and can't come back to find out he's been dropped entirely. We might not persuade him to re-take over this job when he returns if he is not on the list!

There is a little shift in position for spots number three and four today, too.

         We have had rain every day for two weeks, and it looks like its still going to rain some more.

13°C (55°F) here today. Thankfully no rain, but it has gotten much colder the last two days  :P.
Seems like the mild, golden days of October are over, you can feel the winter coming  :-\.
I wouldn't mind fall and winter - if only they weren't so long. The thought of so many months with warm clothes, heating and cold feet and hands laying in front of me makes me sigh.

At least we had a golden October to enjoy:

Well, my friend Kerstin was with us, soooo.....
But somehow my husband didn't approve of the idea.  ;) :laugh:

Perhaps it would have helped if I had been more accepting of his new fishing buddy:
