Well it certainly has been a busy week here at BetterMost.  The increased numbers reflect it.    Too bad it took a tragedy to bring us all here so much again.

It was nice to see some of the names from the past back, albeit temporarily.

  And it is always nice to hear from John Gallagher in New York City.

yes, It was kinda nice to see that many people on.

I can't hang out in the Heath forum for long. I am fighting depression already...so I am trying to not get too immersed.

Don't mean to seem disrespectful but I have to distract myself...if that makes any sense..
