Morning all,

Happy Groundhog Day. It is 6 degrees here and sort of cloudy. I don't think Phil would see his shadow this morning in southern Maine. I wonder about Pennsylvania? Daybreak was about 35 minutes ago.

Always a pretty even bet anyway, since it's about six weeks--roughly--till the vernal equinox.

Temp. 35 F in Philadelphia this morning and sunny but sort of damp, and it's supposed to rain later today.  :P
