Good morning. Temp. 46 F when I left for work this morning and rising. Record high temperatures, in the upper 60s, are forecast for today.  :)

I hear we're supposed to get really strong thunderstorms and wind here on the western frontier of PA later today.  Apparently, this will bring a new cold front with it. 







Right now it's warm and almost humid here this morning.  I hope the storms are gone by tomorrow when I head on out to Chicago.

Is spring  coming early after all?

Seems to me this see-saw weather pattern, not to mention yesterday's tornado outbreak in Oklahoma, is much more characteristic of spring than winter.  ???

Yes, today in Pittsburgh it feels very spring-like.  The warm temps and rain/humidity, though, also feel wrong given the time of year.  I'm not surprised strong storms are coming.
