No.  We used the self-timer on the camera and balanced the camera on a rock.  I think in the original thread about our trip in Social Events, Lee said of this photo - "the rock took our picture."

It came out really quite well given those circumstances I think. :)

That was a good little camera but it died on Mount Washington of severe moisture corrosion. I've got a Panasonic Lumix now that I like a lot, but it doesn't fit in my pocket like my last one did!
