So I am making up a new menu for Thanksgiving this year. Several reasons are contributing to this. First of all I dont have
the strength to cook the enormous meal that I used to do all on my own. Now there are some of the family that are vegetarian,
and others that have food allergies. So the menu has needed to be adjusted to suit. I am wondering if there are others that
are having these kinds of issues with, their traditional holiday fares...?
If so, what are you having to change specifically? Please give me some ideas as to what you may make that is different, yet fits the
tradition of Thanksgivng choices... Last year I made some veggie dumplings that were a big hit. Just one of the things I had
never made before. I just made up the recipe.
I used bisquick by the recipe. and added my own ideas for the herbs and fillings. Using vegetable broth from the box. I have
found that the new boxes of broth are excellent.
