A Moment of Silence (for Heath and all of us)

thanks for the video and the words.

I've already seen the playlist, Old Man isn't on it. But I'm sure I'll be thinking of Heath anyway. It's difficult not to....

So there will be no talking/posting on Bettermost at this time period, I suppose.  Sounds like a good idea. Too bad, there's no bell to ring on Bettermost at 3EST. ..  I guess BBM radio can't do something to this effect?? I always thought the music used in PLATOON was so emotional  in creating a feeling of a terrible terrible sense of loss. The title is ADAGIO FOR STRINGS by Samuel Barber.

Great idea.  Don't know if it's too short notice for that to happen....

This means for continental Europe 9pm (21:00) and 8pm for the UK (20:00), correct? How long should the moment of silence be?

I always get goose bumps when I listen to G. Allegri's "Miserere" (the 1963 version with soloist Roy Goodman). Sooo beautiful. So heavenly...  :'(

I think of a 'moment' as at least a minute, and then for however long you wish...  I don't know that a moment in time correlates specifically to the clock.

Here's a web site that converts the time for you:  http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/
