Yes - but just barely. Not that I mind in any way.
The person below me knows their best years are ahead.

Hmm, I don't know know it, but I hope it.
The person below me has considered lying on red cross forms to bypass the changing, confusing rules about travel to Europe and the UK.

Hmmmm - I don't know what red cross forms are. I've never filled any out for any travel.
The person below me would love to take a dip in a pool.

True, I will later. It's still a bit early here to be in the water.
The person below me has had to give directions to an emergency vehicle lost in their neighborhood.

False: I am blessed to have all my original teeth.
*Celeste- I wondered if there was anything missing from my red cross thingy -- I meant when donating blood. They have prohibitions on people who have traveled to or lived in some countries, and those who've spent too long in the UK are presumed to have mad cow disease -- GREAT.*
The person below me has a crepe-myrtle tree in bloom outside in the front yard.

No yard for me, but I love crepe myrtles.
(I cannot donate blood as I travel yearly to India - I am unclean apparently).
The person below me is HORRIBLE about sending birthday gifts.

I guess that's true. It's never really been a tradition in my family to send presents any way.
the person below me is doing a night out on the town tonight.

False! Nope staying in tonight. Curling up on the sofa with a phone, a nice cuppa and CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM! I swear Ice cream is the best thing about being depressed.
The person below me has missed the boat on an opportuntity because they were being too Ennis-like.
