Interesting read. He has nice things to say about Ewan McGregor, not so nice things to say about Carrey and
I recall reading once that the social progress of any minority group can be traced in very distinct stages by how they're portrayed in movies.
And he goes on to trace how black people are portrayed in movies and then gays. He even mentions BBM. :)

If you're in the LA area on April 25, 2009 and fancy being able to boast that you're one of the very few who've seen "I Love You Phillip Morris", get yourself down to the AFI Cinema in Hollywood, where the Tisch Cinema Club are holding an exclusive viewing at 3pm.
Tickets are a bargain $10 and can be purchased at the door or online

I would. You might be one of the very few in this country to see it on the big screen. Way things are going it's probably going straight to DVD in this country. Rumor has it on IMDb that opening dates in other countries have been pulled. :P
