Yeah, Catherine did not have a good couple of days, did she?

Tell you what, I missed a lot of the twists and turns, as just as she was accusing her father of having Lindsey kidnapped, I got a phone call that I had to take.  :-\ I managed to catch Warrick recognizing "the chair"--but I didn't recognize the chair--and I saw Lindsey's rescue--and Catherine's father getting blown away, but I missed who actually killed Izzy (Danny Bonaduce).  :(

Yeah .. poor Catherine!  First she wakes up all disoriented, then she gets into a car accident, he daughter gets kidnapped, her father gets shot .. :-\  Talk about a stressful coupla days!  Only good thing is that she was not raped.  So that was a relief!

So who killed Izzy Delancy?
His son, Sven possibly built the miniature model of the scene, but faints at the sight of blood, so it was proven that he was not the culprit.  Then Izzy's wife and ex-wife were not guilty either because they were together when he was getting wacked over the head with a marble rolling pin.. :-\  WHen Grissom was checking out the miniature crime scene, he examined a tiny picture of Izzy and found an interesting pic in the back.  I believe that pic is a clue as to who killed Izzy, but for now, it is unsolved!  So I guess there'll be more on that next week!

Btw Nipith ~  Too bad Kevin Rahm's character, Hirschoff had to end the way he did this episode.  I really did not see that one coming!  :)

yeah, the twists are unbelievable. I didn't see it coming that Cath's situation was going to be tied back to last week's case. And yes, it was very sad to see Kevin's character end that way. And how funny is that to see Danny Bonaduce as Izzy. Doesn't look like they'll get back to figuring out the killer any time soon. at least not in the next episode. But yes, I do think that tiny picture of a doll's face is a clue. I bet toward the end of the season, this story line will come back.

Thanks for the good pics of Nicky and Greg.  ;D

I kinda miss Grissom's facial hair.

Did I misunderstand Catherine, or did she actually accuse her father of having her daughter kidnapped. I'm pretty sure I remember her saying something about was it connected to his shady business dealings, and saying something about somebody trying to use her daughter to get to him, but then I thought I heard her do a 180 and actually accuse him of having Lindsey kidnapped.  ???

So with the unsolved murder of Izzy Delancy, it looks like we're going to multi-episode story arcs? Kinda of an interesting development.

Thanks to my phone call, I totally missed Kevin Rahm.  :-\

And I wish they'd bring back Lady Heather.  ;D

Hey Jeff!

Catherine suspected that her father's business dealings may have been the motive behind Lindsey's kidnap .. especially after he showed her some pictures the kidnapper had sent to him, I believe.  Pictures of Lindsey gagged and tied to the chair and of Cath lying in that strange bed.  So she was basically telling her dad that it might be because of his 'shady business deals' that someone is trying to punish her and her daughter to get back at him.  Turns out she was right because Hirschoff and his dead partner had been in business with Cath's dad and had just lost $20 million dollars.  ALso, remember that the ransom for Lindsey was set at $20 million?
Catherine was outside the casino (I think) talking to her dad when Hirschoff came from behind, concealing a gun and fired twice at Sam, Cath's dad.

This was quite the compelling episode. :)

Still no word on Griss and Sara!  And I miss Grissom's beard too!

I would love it if they brought back Lady Heather for a show or two .. Sara would certainly get a little green, but I love Lady H!  ;D
