Yikes!!! that is a long time to hold a job, though, Karen! Hang in there. I only get jobs via resume, so keep on trucking!

Two of us got laid off and both of us are 61 yrs. old.
I think I'm going to go to school for some health care classes.
Always get a job in the health care industry.

This is just so depressing to hear that all the job worries are happening to so many of the people here. It doesn't seem
so disasterous when it is nameless faceless people you dont know or care about. But when it is people you know and
love, and care about their welfare. it is so sad. I am so so sorry to hear Karen and Lynne. It is particularly hard on the
two of you, who are on your own, and have no means of assistance from a significant other. No one to take up the slack
so to speak. I am so terribly sorry for your sorry state of affairs. This past eight years have put us in such a physcal state, as
a country, that it may take a long and scary time to climb out of the abyss.
I truly hope that it comes round soon, and you can get back on your feet again. You both deserve to have the very
best. Two such great gals. I will keep you in my thoughts and hope that it helps to know that all of us will do the same.
