I'm with you, Jeff - good luck folks!!! I squeaked by with a 3 month extension after my project was cancelled, and find myself in the curious position of praying for the price of oil to go up so that budgets will be loosened by the time the 3 month extension is over with.

Take baby steps friend. The worst part of it is the anticipation. Don't think of it as a job, think of it as something you like to do. And pursue only jobs that you would enjoy!

I have an interview (well a 5 hour assessment centre) too - for a promotion at work to the next Band/Grade - on the 1 April. I'm lucky though I already have a job & have no worries about losing it.
