Mel Gibson - 'not guilty' to 2006 DUI

This week found Mel Gibson...attempting to put his 2006 DUI arrest behind him. The actor/director's lawyer filed a motion to dismiss his no contest plea and change it to not guilty. A hearing will be held next week in Malibu.

If he throws enough money at it, it will go away. It always does when it comes to these celebrities. >:( >:(

We shall see.  Wonder why he's doing this though?  Can't be because he's worried about his insurance rates or police record.  He's not even an American citizen.
