And, I just want to say I love your current Marlene Dietrich image in your signature. I love her. I think she's so sexy and glamorous. I think a lot of the image of Kitty and Nan in their stage costumes comes from old images of Marlene Dietrich. There really is something so alluring about a woman in a tux and top-hat. I wonder what that's about? Gorgeous. LOL... I think we should start a new thread all about Tipping the Velvet and other Sarah Waters books/films. What do you think?

Marlene Dietrich is one of my favorites. She looked unbelievably hot in a tux & top hat as your pic attests. ;)
I think we should start a Sarah Waters Books/Films thread as you said. Let's go for it. Where shall we put it? The Culture Tent perhaps?

;D I'm glad you like the suggestion. Yes, I think it should go in Culture Tent... and I'll let you do the honors of starting it if you'd like. Or, of course I'd be happy to if you prefer. Maybe you could make a cool image or collage of images for the intro post or something!

Actually, there's a lot to discuss with Waters' stories I think. And, I'd love to get into some of that in greater depth.
