Dad and I went on our infamous "golf ball hunt" in the woods today. We found 56 golf balls. That's the good news. While we were down there, a wasp somehow managed to climb inside my shoe and he stung me on the side of the foot. Then, as I was quickly trying to pull off my shoe, he stung me again on the bottom of my foot, right on my heel. Then as he flew out of my shoe he nailed me again in a kamakaze fashion in the side of my neck. That little f&cker. He's probably back having a good laugh about it with his friends. So now I can't put any weight on my foot because it hurts too much. And it's starting to swell a little. I'm seriously thinking about sticking a pin in there to let the venom out. I think this might make my foot stop hurting sooner. And I have a knot on my neck too!

Sorry. I had to vent about it. Dad doesn't want to hear me talk about it, and so I've been holding it in for the past few hours.

AAARRRGGHHHH!!!  >:(  >:(

I'm just really glad my dog didn't get stung. He was down there in the woods with us.

That was a mean wasp!!

Here is a home remedy site. I think I also heard of putting a penny on something -- but that might be a mosquito bite.

It hurts like hell. But I don't think I could stick a pin in there even if I wanted to. I can't hardly even touch it. The bees and wasps around here are getting very aggresive. I've noticed them acting aggresive around my house and Dad's house too.

Thanks for the link Shasta! I'll check it out!

It still hurts. I think it might not hurt quite as bad as yesterday, but I'm not sure. The wasp bites look like great big mosquito bites and I can see the hole in the middle where he stabbed me with his stinger in order to inject the venom. That nasty little devil! I wonder who he's busy stinging and tormenting today? >:( >:(
