 Dont think of losing your dad. Think about all the living that's left for you and your dad.. make the most of it Rich and you will have no regrets. That's the one thing I can live with is i was always a good daughter. i loved them deeply and showed it to them every chance i got.

now i really have to get to bed.  it was so nice chatting with you Rich. I really feel like I have made a new and special friend tonight!

Geri, I concur with wulfar. What a beautiful tree and a beautiful memory, albeit quite sad and poignant.

Wulfar, I agree with Geri. Enjoy the moment and try not to dwell too much on the future. I am going through the same thing you are with my father. He has Parkinson's disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems and he is 75. Maybe we could help each other to not worry?  :)
