What do you all think of this picture?

My Mother had a picture just like it when I was a kid. She hung it over the piano in the living room. I always thought the clown looked like Count Dracula or some other vampire and he scared me. :o

Hope you're doin' well, buddy!

That's supposed to be a clown?  It looks pretty freaky for a clown.

My mom always told me he was a sad clown. He looks like something from beyond the grave! I remember coming downstairs late at night and sometimes I thought I actually saw him move! I thought I saw his hand move, or his eyes open up. Mom said I imagined it, but I dont' think it was my imagination. I think that painting was HAUNTED!

There was something really wrong with it! >:(

No wonder people are scaredof clowns. There s something very creepy about them, particularly thinkng of the Pierrot type. Could be worse, my parents had a really grim picture of Jesus being cucified on the cross, hung over their bed. It scared he cr-p out of me. It certainly did not lok like the benevolent figure in all the bible stories.

Hi Fiona!

I have always been scared of clowns. I have a clown phobia.

Look at this scary picture! How would you like to wake up and see something like THIS hovering above your bed?!!

Yes, I've seen some freaky Jesus pictures too. And because I was raised Catholic, I've seen some scary looking crucifixes as well. :P

My Aunt and Uncle had a freaky looking bust of Jesus. He was weeping tears and the look on his face was very scary.. almost demonic. I hated that statue! Maybe I can find a picture of it on the internet.

I freak out when I see them too Chuck. I mean, I don't go running out of the room shreaking, but they make my heart race a little. But I sometimes shreaked when I saw them as a kid.

I haven't been able to find a picture of that bust of Jesus yet, but ewww look at this picture!

That sort of reminds me of it. I'll keep looking!

Why do they sometimes make Jesus look scary and demonic? I don't get it. That crown of thorns bust my Aunt and Uncle had looked evil. At least I thought it did.
