Dogs love to fetch things Jess. I'm not sure if they actually like to fetch, or they like the idea of someone paying attention to them. I sometimes think (at least in Cody's case) he likes fetching, well for one because he's a retriever, but also because in his mind it is a time for us to bond. It's just me and him playing a game together, and I think that is very important to him. And I love playing with my dog. He probably can sense it and it pleases him.

That's a really cute story about the little black dog Jess! She sounds very cute. Devilish, but cute! :-*

I went downstairs a little while ago and Dad was sitting there in the family room with one of the windows wide open. I couldn't believe it. It was FREEZING in there, and there was a stiff breeze flowing through the room. I asked Dad why he had the window opened and he told me he didn't realize it was open.

 ??? ???

This really concerns me, because this is a sign he isn't thinking right. I was planning to go to my house in Speedway tomorrow, but now I'm not so sure I should go. My nephew is coming to watch him for the weekend, but I'm nervous about leaving Dad after seeing this. That room was really cold and he didn't even notice it. I can't figure it out. :-\

I am so sorry, David. Sounds like it is getting to be time to think about getting your dad full time care. I know that is a hard thing to face. It always is...to see people getting old.

Hiya!

I've decided that if I have to be sick, everyone has to be sick, so I'm spreading my germs around!

*cough cough*

 ;) ;D

Tell him when l come up to him and ask to play the record, l'm gonna say: ''Voulez-vous jouer ce disque?''
'Voulez-vous, will you kiss my dick?'
Will you play my record? One-track mind!

Oh NO Chuck! You are sick? :'(

Get lots of rest and sleep, drink a lot of water and fresh juice (orange juice, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice etc) and bundle up in warm clothes and blankets! And eat some soup! Chicken soup goes down easily and so do crackers. Crunch the crackers up in your soup if necessary. :)

Take good care of yourself sweetie! :-*

Hey hun! How are you?

Welcome home Kelda!! I loved reading the messages you posted during your trip! I'm so glad you made it back home safe and sound and I can't wait to see all of your pictures! :D

Hi David,  I'm thinking about you and your dad and wishing you good choices.

Huh?  ???

Good choices? You mean "good choices" regarding my Dad?   ??? I've been trying to make good choices all along, although I probably fail at it much of the time. :(

Yes, it sounds like you had a hard experience with him and the open window and I'm wishing you both the best.
