It doesn't work because you used html, which the forum software can't read.
Simply copy the web-browser address, then put it between the youtube brackets.
Looks like this (I added extra spaces so it's visible):
[youtube=425,350 ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JZtWNlCTc6o[/youtube ]
I fixed it for you in your post.
