;D
--- Quote ---This was the moment I had the feeling it was no acting. Not a smile between Marc/Kay but between Hanno/Max. But it's just a feeling.

After seeing it so many times, yes, I thought so, too. It looked like something was said or done between the two friends, not Marc & Kay. At a romantic time like that, it's not really a time you would smile, so maybe one of them said something - who knows? But it makes it even more intimate, more loving.

This scene must have been difficult for them. It's the most intimate scene of this movie. In an interview (the one on youtube) they said: love scenes are never easy, not even between man/woman.
So for 2 hetero guys, not used to close physical contact with another guy, it must be even more difficult.
In the audio comments they said about this scene: only the camara man was present to create as much privacy as possible for them. They said they experimented a lot during this scene and only few shots were in the movie.

I'd like to have a few words with the cameraman ;)

I mean: is seams like Hanno leans a bit over to Max and their arms are in touch. I know I see what I want to see, but they are just so cute together.

Hey, we can talk about every part of them. And it is sweet that he's leaning in to touch him.

You will not watch this movie more than once.
Well, definately some people do watch it more than once.
But for the straight audience he cemented the oldest false prejudices: The evil gay, who deceives the straight father and destroyed a whole family.
What a negative statement. As far as I know, everybody loves the evil Kay.
Who is looking for sexual gay acts will be disappointed. Except for a few fake sex scenes and a few naked men in the shower he will get nothing to see.
I would suggest to the writer to watch a porn movie. Not a serious movie with serious actors.
I hated this ugly, depressing movie. Even Max Riemelt (Kay), one of the most beautiful men in the world, looks bad here - and what he would ever see in Hanno Koffler (Marc), one of the ugliest, is beyond imagining. There is no "chemistry" between them, by the way, only dark, slogging depression, dishonesty and cowardice - in Marc, who, unfortunately, is the star of this movie, and the only character who is given even the shallowest bit of depth.
This person must be very depressive. Max looking bad and Hanno ugly? No chemistry? Remarkable.
In conclusion, I would recommend this film to anyone, "straight" or gay, black or white, tall or short, skinny or full figuered. It just doesn't matter. This is a simple, yet intense and mesmerizing , love story for EVERYONE!
Now, that sounds better!

Thankfully, almost all the comments from viewers that I saw were positive. "Evil" Kay, "no chemistry" (?!?!?), "ugly" - they did not see the same movie I saw.
