I don't know if the subs are off. I translated the dutch subs in English (so maybe the dutch subs are off). I have to watch back to hear what they said in German.

So what's really going on there between Marc & Kay? Kay is sort of left out, but they always have eye contact whenever they're in the same room together. At the end of the scene, Marc finishes his champagne and looks across at Kay, who is leaving. We talked about this a little bit a while back, but what's Marc thinking when he looks over at Kay and sees him leaving?
The next scene is the baby bath, then the road fight :'( I hate that. But then Marc is cleaning up the paint and can't breathe, can't get Kay out of his mind, and tells Bettina he's suffocating.

You are right, at that time she didn't care (probably she was over it).
But right after Kay's coming out she was sad, did you see her face when they were all together in the police van?
(I wish someone told me if she was crying or not).

I don't think she is crying. She's sad, for sure, but I don't see tears on her face.
