OMG, Jammy Dodgers (that's what they're called in the UK) are in my all time biscuit top 3!!  :o

Hi David, they're hard shortbread-type biscuits with a layer of strawberry or raspberry jam and a layer of vanilla cream in the middle. VERY good with tea (but what biscuit isn't?). :P
