Shame - you havin ta wear a sweater

Here they're talkin winds a 90 km an hour (50m/h) this afternoon and temperatures dippin ta -21C (-8F) with a wind chill factor a -30 (-22F) overnight! - Somebody tell me: what month is it again? - and you might have ta wear a sweater - It's a hard life there in Texas!
