some pics and opinions of okra...

"We love okra, but we know that it is one of the most polarizing veggies we offer--people either love it or hate it. Well, even if you don't like its taste, you surely must agree that okra is a beautiful plant."

(of course not everyone likes the okra...)

"okra is the Devil's vegetable; it's a tasteless green tube of gluey snot"

Oh well, if you insist on putting it that way Roland, I suppose I'll have to give it a go just for you.  But you'll have to promise to come and rescue me if I end up in hospital with food poisoning!!  ;D

Hey Joce, you know I'd do just that in a jiffy (if'n I didn't have my fingers crossed behind my back!)

For the curious ones out there, the temperature stayed quite high (compared ta the last 2 months, anyways) overnight. Sun came up and it was still 11 C (52 F) and it will hover around that tempeature all day (through drizzle, sun & heavy rain), allowing all but snowbanks ta melt. However, freezin temperatures are expected overnight tonight.  :(
