Guess the largest expense was removing and rebuilding the fence.
Remember, this is Timmins, where snow arrives in late October and hasn't quite finished melting in early May (ok, late April)
So they get wall to wall snow (including snow packed roads) 6 months of the year!
Still it's somethin they've been wantin to do fer some time now
