Try as I might, I can't figure out who sent this, but I strongly suspect it was a brokie ...
Truman travels a lot, maybe it was him. But I cannot make out the signature or of any other features (like handwriting, the few french word, the 'un-american' aspect of the message ... He even talked celcius instead of fahrenheit)
Somebody ... help! (it was dated the 21st - just got it today.)
