The originally thought she had a pulmonary embolism, so she was given blood thinners. Later x-rays and ultrasound confirmed she did not have an embolism.
To properly determine if she has Lupus, she needs a kidney biopsy, but they couldn't give her one until the effects of the thinners wear off. They have scheduled one for Monday.

TOday, I overthought my first guess. For the second, I went with what just came into my head but I had discarded because it had two Ts. That'll teach me.
