Guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
::)

I don't see anything wrong with this.
She might as well make some money for both herself and her baby's future. At least she didn't pose nude like the baby's father did.

What's wrong with that? Levi's a hot puppy. He could have a great future in gay porn. ... ::) ;D

You think they get paid that much for being on that show?

I'm sure they don't, that's the point of "reality" tv, the shows are cheap to produce. But it's more money than she'd have if she didn't do the show at all.

If she doesn't get tossed off immediately, maybe the exposure on this show could lead to other things.
Like taking a job to fill up your resume.

I don't think there's anything wrong with it, but since Bristol was accused of being a slut before, her posing nude would've only added fuel to that fire.
As for Levi, whatever floats your boat.
I like my men to look like men. Gimme a guy in his 40s - 50s over a kid in his 20s any day.

Is she strapped for money?
She not getting any help from her folks?

what difference does that make? I would hope her folks are helping her, but what's wrong with her going on a reality TV show to make some extra money, as long as it doesn't interfer with her responsibilities of being a mother?

Nothing.

So you've said on a number of occasions. But not everyone is looking for a "daddy." Just take a look at any TLA catalogue, and clearly Levi is the "type" for an awful lot of gay males.
Bristol nude? Eeew. ...

Considering I'm 41, I wouldn't consider someone in their 40s a "daddy" type. To me, someone who is a daddy is nearer my real dad's age of 71, and that's not what I want.
I want a peer. ;D
And what is a TLA catalogue?

You don't think her time would better be spent going to school to get an education instead of rolling the reality TV dice to see if she can get somewhere with no real talent? As for money, her parents are obviously helping her now. It's not like she needs it to pay the rent.
-
why does anyone care what Bristol Palin does?

Get with the program, Honey. A gay "daddy" ain't your father. ;D And at 41, you're old enough to be one! Congratulations! ;D
And what is a TLA catalogue?
Try googling "TLA video" and see what you come up with. It may be NSFW. 8)

I imagine it's not about money. It's about exposure.
Going to college would be a better investment.

I agree on both counts.

Perhaps she can use the money she gets to pay for tuition? Has she even said she wants to go to college?

Hey, you can vote for her on DWTS !!!
You can help her win.

I don't watch that show. LMAO. I didnt' even know they were casting for the new one until I saw this thread.

I think she is living on her own now. And I heard on the radio that the pay would be $400,000. If I were asked to dance for a few months for that--I'd go for it. Sadly, I have no coordination. :P

If so, I'd like to know how she is supporting herself in the meantime.
Then there's Levi who was interviewed on Good Morning the other day. His new reality TV show is about him running for mayor of Wasilla. The interviewer asked him - she was doing a good job of treating him like a young man with serious political aspirations - basically how he hoped to win.
After all, he had no prior experience, no qualifications and no high school diploma.
His response:
"It's not about qualifications or experience, it's about how many people like you."
:o
???
Flabbergasted, the interviewer went on, "You make it sound like it's a popularity contest..."
His reply, "Well it is isn't it? If enough people like you, they vote for you..."
::)
Someone's been hanging around a certain person waaaaaaaaaay too long. He needs to go back to school.

Heh. I wish I could say I was sure he's wrong, but I'm not so sure he's wrong. :-\

There will always be voters like that, but most do vote their consciences and then their economic beliefs.
