There are many traps and difficult structures in the English grammar (as well as among the vocabulary; the so-called false friends) for a non-native speaker. But it's/its and they're/there/their clearly don't belong to this group.

Okay, so your grammar isn't perfect, but it's at least passable.
You probably know English and its rules well. You just are careless about applying them.
Proofread your writing a little more carefully. Your mistakes aren't tragic, and they're easy to fix.
Give grammar a little more effort, and you'll keep your friends from shaking their heads over your blunders.

I'm so glad I got a perfect score.  Misuse of it's/its, there/their/they're, here/hear, your/you're, pear/pair/pare are pet peeves of mine.
