Title: Michael Jackson?

What's your opinion on Michael Jackson?

Personally, I find him to be an extraordinarily talented musician, but as for his personal life, I find it really sad that things took a turn for the worse like they did. Innocent or not innocent, his life still has gone down hill since!!

So, what do you all think?

I agree....he was and probably still is very talented...

But he's turned his life into a freak show...and its too late for him now...

Oh yes, his body of work stands for itself and is some of the finest of his era.  But he's just so strange and isolation has not helped.  Sad, very sad...for someone with so much to offer and so much potential to be so over come by their personal demons.  Tragic

Its so sad that he's a person who attracts such derision and negativity. The guy was a musical genius... his early music stands by itself and i was just listening to some of it tonight. Made me hunt out this thread and comment. Its such a shame what he's become... this freakshow who people are unwilling to take seriously any longer.
