Have you heard about the strange noises coming out of the sky lately? There have been reports of it all around the world. It has a deep drone to it and it often repeats over and over again for several minutes. Some say it is the angels heralding in the Second Coming of Christ. Others think it may be aliens. Other people say it is caused by the magnetic center of the earth lining up with the center of the galaxy. Most just don't have any idea what it might be. Even scientists are starting to weigh in on the phenomena.

Here's an article about the sounds with some video clips embedded in the article....

Yeah, unsettling. I've read about it being blamed on fracking. I don't know.

Check the Mayan calendar. How many days do we have left? ???

Sounds like traffic to me.

This is the first I hear of it.
I'm sure it's the rapture that never made it here last year. Finally coming to get us all.

Sounds like train cars going past.
Just FYI
The sun itself also affects the Earth more than previously understood. For example, according to the European Space Agency:
Scientists ... have proven that sounds generated deep inside the Sun cause the Earth to shake and vibrate in sympathy. They have found that Earth's magnetic field, atmosphere and terrestrial systems, all take part in this cosmic sing-along.
And NASA has just discovered that "space weather" causes "spacequakes" on Earth:
Researchers using NASA's fleet of five THEMIS spacecraft have discovered a form of space weather that packs the punch of an earthquake and plays a key role in sparking bright Northern Lights. They call it "the spacequake."
A spacequake is a temblor in Earth's magnetic field. It is felt most strongly in Earth orbit, but is not exclusive to space. The effects can reach all the way down to the surface of Earth itself.
And we have been having borealis' for a year or more now, right?
And in 373 B.C., ancient Greek historians recorded that just days before a quake devastated the area, strange sounds could be heard along with strange lights in the sky.

Man thanks for reminding me. i feel a lot better now. That has.. been bothering me..in the back of my mind anyway... :-\
That sound resembles the sounds that whales make. I am sure that is not it. It is just what it sounds like.. Very very interesting. I wonder if we will ever find out what is causing it?
