In the western U.S. it will be possible to see an amazing phenomena tomorrow morning: a full moon eclipse while the moon is extra close to the earth! Those in eastern U.S. probably won't be able to see it. How about Aussies and EuroBrokies?
-
It was seen right across Australia

It was a more decent hour there than here especially in the west coast than here in NZ where it was about 2am and for most of the country, certainly the South Island, there was thick cloud. After days of record heat, 34'C in Dunedin yesterday, we have had an ex-tropical cyclone come over the country with heavy rain and high winds.

It strictly wasn't a blue moon here in NZ as the eclipse was in the early hours of Feb 1st.

Did anybody see the Super Blood Wolf Moon last night?
I missed it. :(
The sky was clear, but I guess the moon's trajectory across the sky made it invisible from my place,

No, missed it here as well.

Did anyone see the Blue Moon last night?
I tried. Went up to the rooftop patio of my building, but the horizon where the moon rises was cloudy. Apparently it became briefly visible later on, though, according to someone else in my building.

Sunday night when I went to bed the moon was still so bright and high in the sky that I could see it through my bedroom window curtains.
We've been having clear weather. Saturday and Sunday just after moonrise, the moon looked huge just above the eastern horizon. It looked more orange than it did blood.
