Oh, I know ppl who like to get lottery tickets.  Mostly, older ppl who don't get excited about any materialistic gift anymore.

I had a Christmas sweater once. My sister-in-law gave it to me for my birthday. I wore it that year when I saw my in-laws, and then in characteristically tacky style I passed it on to someone else.

I have a Christmas vest, I bought it when I became a mom and I realized I wanted to get with the Christmas thing the best I could.
