I heard recently about David Harbour, who played Randall Malone, appearing on Broadway, found this interesting article and photo of him, man I would have never recognized him:

Alma and Lureen would look OK in cowboy hats, but I dunno about beards. ...

It sounds like a very exciting version of the play.  I think Bill Irwin is a genius.
