Title: Do You Get Enough Sleep?

I don't think we've done this one yet. I can't remember for sure. Maybe it's because I'm too sleepy.  ???

You definitely don't get enough sleep, and it's turning you into a mental zombie!
You need to get more sleep, starting tonight if possible.
Avoid caffeine, keep a regular bedtime, don't watch TV before bed, and sleep in complete darkness.

Although sometimes it make not feel like it on Monday morning...

You're often more tired than you'd like, and you're probably not getting enough quality sleep.
Sleeping a little more could make you a lot more energetic and happy.
Try having a bedtime, keep your bedroom cool, and only eat fruit before bed.

Oh I know I don't get enough quality sleep. Only eat friut before sleep? heck my favourite things are to have practically a wee buffet - like a few crisps, some pistachios, a little brie and crackers and finish with a little bit of chocolate - oh sprite/juice and a good book  ;D
