This is the exact reason why I stay away from most religious groups and organizations, unless they can prove that they lack dogmatic philosophies.

"bands to watch out for" warns against just about all of the music I ever listen to -- except for a very few on the much smaller list of "safe bands" that get the thumbs up.

(And I'm puzzled about why Cyndi Lauper made the "safe" list when she's currently planning a tour in partnership with the Human Rights Campaign, specifically promoting GLBT equality -- http://www.hrc.org/truecolors/ (http://www.hrc.org/truecolors/) -- but I guess that's not for me to question! :laugh:)
