An extremely COMPLEX AND MECHANICALLY INGENIOUS CHOPPING MACHINE fashioned from hand forged parts and many wooden gears and pulleys. This simple, yet complex machine captures, within a single object, the concept of "Yankee Ingenuity". This item was recently auctioned off right here in Indianapolis, Indiana.
