Okay, I think this is pretty straightforward! Go for it!
For myself, I outed myself to my husband, but he may have forgotten that I am bi. Maybe this will serve to remind him!

I'm out to mostly everyone I know. I am also out at one of my jobs, but not the other. But, I think they probably know about it. I'm sure they've figured it out by now.
You have to be very careful around these parts though. If you tell the wrong person, it can mean a trip to the hospital. Or the funeral home. :(
Or the hospital and THEN the funeral home.
But yeah, I'm pretty much out to everyone I know. :)

David, you just say, "I haven't found the right person yet."
Early results are somewhat promising. I need more votes!!

"I haven't found the right person yet?" ??? Forget that! Tell 'em, "It's none of your f*ckin' business!" Just kidding! ;) :)
But seriously, folks, I am out to everyone. I am very fortunate in that I live in one of the gayest parts (the gay ghetto) of one of the gayest cities on earth - Sydney, Australia. :D
And I work in a very gay-friendly industry - Health.

not at all out in the way it is discussed here and defined. I actually like such a position; private, uncomplicated, unexplained.

Heya Sister Mod,
Nice poll.
I voted for out to friends and family. This is very true for me, although I'm not out to all of my friends or all of my family. I'm also out to one person at work (but I really count her as a friend too). I'm very, very sure that lots of people whom I haven't explicitly told must have figured it out by now too. It's definitely a very complex process... deciding who to tell and when.

I'm out to family and to all true friends, and out to co-workers if and when the issue arises (I don't advertise or push the issue, but acknowledge my sexuality when appropriate). I still feel a certain need to be circumspect in public, as a safety precaution (being perceived as gay on the bus at ten o'clock at night still seems somewhat risky to me).

I'm still working on the idea of being out to myself.
I've never said the words outloud.
The only people that know are you guys here and a certain friend who showed me the way! LOL
