Post by: David In Indy on July 02, 2007, 03:48:08 pm
This item is approximately 4 inches tall and 6 inches in diameter (10 cm tall and 15 cm in diameter). It is made of plastic and features a clock. It can be set to launch a rotor at a preprogrammed time.

What is it??  :D

A device to train police dogs

I have no idea, but I really like dogs, so I'll guess that. Maybe the alarm could be set and when the whirligig goes off the dog has to be READY to fetch it!! Haha---I doubt it, since that little thing would last about 20 seconds around here.

I think we are all going to sink together I too guessed the clock...I thought it might be a way to get kids up and make them not so cranky.  But then im never right on these things.  I think i think too much about it.

I think you're trying to trick us with this one David!

It just looks like one of those daft alarm clocks you get in the gadget shops that doesn't really serve any purpose.... It's just supposed to be silly ... I love it!!!

(I bet YOU'VE GOT ONE David)   (http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_11_4.gif)

Are you trying to get me to slip and say what it is Susie??  ;)  :D

You ALMOST succeeded!!

Okay, it's time to post the answer to this "What is it" poll!  :D

This crazy looking thing is a .........

......... FLYING ALARM CLOCK!!!!  :D

A flying alarm clock!

This digital alarm clock launches a rotor that flies around the room as the alarm sounds, flying up to 9' in the air, and will not cease ringing until the rotor is returned to the alarm clock base, compelling even the most stubborn sleepers to get out of bed on time. The alarm clock has a continuous snooze function that rings every seven minutes for an entire hour, an easy to read LCD, and a six-button control panel for ease of programming.

Thanks to everyone who played!!!  :D
